Yang dibutuhkan dan persyaratannya:

JUNIOR AUDITOR (JA):
1. An accounting bachelor
2. PPAk or students who are finishing a final paper only
3. From reputable universities with a min. GPA 3.00
4. Experience in a similar position in other reputable public accountant firms will be advantageous.

SENIOR AUDITOR (SA):
1. An accounting bachelor or PPAk
2. From reputable universities with a min. GPA 3.00
3. Have extensive knowledge and experience of a min. 2 years in other reputable public acc. firms
4.  Experience in a similar position in other reputable public accountant firms will be advantageous.

MANAGER AUDITOR (MA) & SENIOR MANAGER AUDITOR (SMA):
1.  An accounting bachelor or PPAk
2. From reputable universities with a min. GPA 3.00
3. Have extensive knowledge and experience of a min. 4 years in other reputable public acc. firms
4.  Experience in a similar position in other reputable public accountant firms will be advantageous.

STAFF:
1.A Human Resources Management/Accounting/Psychology Bachelor from reputable universities with a min. GPA 3.00
2. Female, single, max 25 years old
3. Have an organizational experience in the university
4. Experience in a similar position in other reputable public accountant firms will be advantageous.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Able to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives.
2. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
3. Able to deal with people at all levels professionally.
4. Fluency in English both verbal and written is preferred.
5. Should be proactive and self-motivated team players and leaders.
6. Familiarity wiht Microsoft Office applications.
